1. v., To rebuild or refurbish a product. (Completely overhaul: rebuild.) 2. n. The process or result of overhauling. 3. v. To catch up with, and pass something or someone.

I can't overhaul anyone until I get my tranny overhauled. No, no! The mechanic WEARS the overall. He DOES the overhaul.
