runout
Deviation of the axis of rotation of a rotating object (especially a milling cutter or workpiece) relative to that object's centerline; the specific amount of deviation.
Why this one
Deviation of a rotating part from its axis. It repeats once per revolution, which is what separates it from every other vibration.
In use
Put an indicator on it before you blame the spindle; I'd bet the collet's got a couple of thou of runout in it.
