gas axe

Jargon commercial pour chalumeau, drôle et authentique.

Une gas axe, ou « hache à gaz », est un chalumeau oxyacétylénique. On l'appelle ainsi parce qu'il fonctionne au gaz et qu'il est utile pour couper rapidement des objets (bien que pas très proprement).

"it's way too thick for a hacksaw, we'll be hare 'til christmas. Best take the gas-axe to it"
