shipset
The full complement of parts of a system required to equip an individual aerospace vehicle.
Why this one
Aerospace counts in shipsets because the per aircraft quantity is rarely one: brakes, seats, windows and fasteners all come in different multiples, so pricing and forecasting hang on the set rather than the piece.
In use
Quote it per shipset, not per unit, or the buyer will think eight actuators cost what one does.
