Un "pelt" est un client de détail qui n'a aucune intention d'acheter. Il aime faire perdre du temps à un vendeur rémunéré à la commission, empêchant ainsi ce dernier de s'occuper d'un vrai client qui a l'intention de faire un achat.
I spent two hours with that guy and he wanted to test drive four different cars. At the end, he tells me he is a week into a five year lease and is only here because his wife is at the mall. What a pelt!
