Why this one
The engineering problem is not the arm, it is the link: every millisecond of network delay lands in the surgeon's hands, so latency budgets matter more than reach or payload. Most robotic surgery today is done from across the room, not across a country.
In use
For telesurgery we need the round trip under a hundred milliseconds, otherwise the surgeon feels like he's steering through treacle.
