Militärische Standardabkürzung aus der Fachsprache

Abkürzung für 'Non Commissioned Officer' (Unteroffizier). Nur Mannschaftsdienstgrade können NCOs sein.

I am an NCO in the air force. And no, i don't fly an F15. Only commissioned officers do.
