Slang-Begriff in der US Air Force für den First Sergeant, auch "First Shirt" oder einfach "The Shirt" genannt. Ein Staffelkommandeur delegiert viel Autorität und Verantwortung an den Shirt. Die meisten Dienst-, Gesundheits-, Moral- und Disziplinarfragen für Mannschaften werden direkt vom Shirt gehandhabt.
